Make a paste by mixing it with 2 tablespoons aloe vera gel in a blender, after an hour of fenugreek seeds being soaked in water. Massage this paste into the scalp and keep on for 30 minutes before washing.
  • Banana hair mask:

    Bananas are rich in potassium, antioxidants, natural oils, and vitamins, which make them an ideal hair fall remedy. Take a ripe banana and one tablespoon of olive oil, coconut oil and honey each. Leave on your hair for five minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.
  • Yogurt hair mask:

    Studies have shown that yogurt can help reduce hair damage and give you smooth and silky hair. It also helps to enhance hair color and act as a hair conditioner. Take one cup yogurt and one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and honey each and mix well. Keep it on for fifteen minutes then wash off with cold water. It will help moisturize, nourish and strengthen your hair.
  • Strawberry hair mask:

    Strawberry contains antioxidants that help reduce hair loss. Pamper your hair with a mixture of few mashed strawberries, coconut oil and honey almond oil for nourished hair & lesser hair fall.
  • Curry leaves and coconut oil hair mask:

    Curry leaves are a popular remedy to stimulate hair growth. The penetrative properties of coconut oil and its fatty acids help reduce protein loss from hair, which in turn helps to reduce hair loss. Heat the leaves in coconut oil until they pop. Wait until the oil come to a normal warm temperature and then apply it on your scalp and strands and leave it on for fifteen minutes. This is a great remedy to reduce hair fall.
    A forgotten way to reduce hair fall and deeply condition your hair is the warm towel turban treatment after conditioning your hair. Wrap a warm, damp wet towel on your hair after showering and keep it on for twenty to thirty minutes. It helps absorb the full benefit of conditioner and ultimately, strengthens your hair.
